Jeremy qualified from Leeds University in 1992 and has been fully employed as a General Dentist ever since. He gained experience in minor oral surgery with a part time honorary contract at St Luke’s Hospital Bradford in 1999 – 2001. He has attended courses regularly in a wide range of subjects and in recent years has attended multiple day courses in occlusion, aesthetics, and implant dentistry both in the UK and abroad. Having worked as part of a team within a multi-discipline specialist practice, such as the Carisbrooke Specialist Dental Centre, he has rapidly gained experience in planning and treating patients with challenging dental issues. Jeremy’s main interests in dentistry lies in complex restorative rehabilitation including smile design and implant treatments.
Jeremy is a member of the British Dental Association and the Association of Dental Implantology. He was awarded an MSc with distinction in Dental Implants at Warwick University in 2011. He has studied extensions in Munich under Prof Markus Hurzeler and Otto Zuhr at their “Advanced Surgical Procedures in Periodontology” in 2015/16. More recently Jeremy completed a course in “Advanced Surgical Master Curriculum in Regenerative Implant Dentistry” where he received certification from the University of Szeged. This course, delivered in Budapest, was led by the highly acclaimed Istvan Urban.
Jeremy is married with four children and has hobbies including family life, sport, keeping fit, cycling and motorbikes.
Jeremy is the current managing director of Carisbrooke Dental Practice.
