Great service

here’s my honest review on Carisbrook dental practice my initial telephone conversation with Kelly who is a treatment coordinator contacted me after my General Dentist could not perform a root canal due to my severe anxiety and the complex of the tooth. Kelly contacted me to ask if I would feel more comfortable meeting the endodontist that was going to perform the root canal rather than go straight into treatment. I was offered an initial consultation at a fee which I was happy to pay. This was Friday on the Monday I was in that consultation with Dr Tousif He was very warm and welcoming as a lady that deals with extreme anxiety feeling comfortable is one of the most important things to me especially considering that this tooth had been causing me constant pain for while over 12 months upon entering the Surgery the receptionist were warm and welcoming very clean very bright very friendly going back to my consultation with Dr Tousif his room was also very spacious very bright very calm very clean. He talked me through my option to do with sedation. sedation was the option that I chose that same week on the Thursday I was having a root canal procedure done. Kelly, I feel went above and beyond. She personally came down to me in the waiting room on Thursday to see if I was okay and allowed me to go to separate room as I was very upset. She stayed with me right up until I went to sleep the sedation-ist was also very welcoming and reassuring. He continued to hold my hand the whole way through the root canal as my partner unfortunately could not be in the room. its is now a week today.That root canal and after having being quite honest a quite rough recovery due to TMJ and my mouth being open for an amount of time and being a clencher not being able to wear my mouthguard whilst my gums heal it has definitely been most rocky for me then it would be for an ordinary patient however the after-care has been phenomenal I was contacted the next day by Kelly to see how I was going. I explained to Kelly that I was in significant pain and she offered me appointment to come in and get it checked then went back on the Sunday because I was still in pain and was beginning to panic I was reassured that this was just healing and that I was almost stuck in a vicious circle due to my clenching and not being able to wear my mouthguard at that appointment I was seen by dr Jeremy and his dental nurse who are both extremely kind and reassuring. However on the Tuesday I returned back to the dental practice having still having some pain and needing more reassurance. Nothing was too much bother for this team. They got me in. I was again seen by Dr Jeremy who assured me and did some further test to make sure I then returned on Wednesday to see dr tousif and his dental nurse who was also lovely and kind he answered my unanswered questions Post treatment regarding my fears of this failing regarding leakage everything that I’ve basically googled and my advice to anybody do not google he never rushed me out the room he let me get my fears out and then answered my questions and reassured me. I am now hopefully on the way to recovery and will be having Crown fitted in a few weeks time back at my general Dentist overall I was highly satisfied with the treatment that I was given and the treatment that I received by every person I came into contact with in practice if you are a nervous anxious patient and Is looking for any dental treatment I would highly recommend this Practice they go above and beyond and it’s not very often that you will get that from a dental practice i would say that this Dentist is a little pricey however given the treatment that you get by every single person you come into contact with and after-care no matter how many appointments that may be I believe is well worth the money I would like to finish by saying a massive thank you to Kelly claire Dr tousif Dr jemery and the dental nurses for all the kindness, patient and reassurance that I have been shown during this very anxious time.

I was referred by my regular dentist as I wanted implants. All the staff I met (aka practice family) at Carisbrooke, Jeremy McCahill my dentist/dental surgeon/specialist, and his wonderful dental nurses were all outstanding. The reception team are lovely, so kind and welcoming. And they remind you by text and phone about your upcoming appointments (so helpful given my MS cog fog). The disability access to the building is great, and there are some ground floor treatment rooms, although I did have to manage some stairs for my CAT scans. There is also some disabled parking on the front of the building which is so helpful. The process has taken about 18 months. Right from the first appointment Jeremy and his dental nurses explained everything really clearly, so I knew exactly what could be done, how, and what options I had. I was given the information that allowed me to be fully consulted in the process of making decisions about my treatment. Jeremy listened to what I wanted, (full set permanent implants in the bottom jaw, and full set clip in/out for the top jaw), and was completely thorough in planning the process. It is not a quick fix process, and takes hard work, and healing time. Visiting for an appointment always felt like seeing friends, and I am thrilled with my new smile. I couldn’t have asked for better care, treatment, and service. Highly, highly recommended.

Sheikah is my dentist and I was referred to Carisbrooke by my Dentist at Station Rd in Hinckley.They were struggling to improve my gum disease issues. I clearly still have these issues. They have not gone away. I do try to work with Sheikah to give my teeth the best outcome. I find Carisbrooke quite expensive but I do think I am in good hands and I see you as my long term dentist which must suggest I think you are worth it. The staff are excellent without exception.
