Amy and her nurse were friendly and listened tomy concerns and answered all my questions. They also made a follow up appointment for me and cancelled another appointment nolonger needed due to a change in the treatment plan. I now feel much clearer and more positive about my treatment plan.

I have always received a warm welcome from the reception team at Carisbrooke. I have been seeing Sheikha as my hygienist for many years - her attention to detail and her gentle, caring and thorough approach to her work is second to none! Thank you Sheikha for all that you do.

I was seen by Jose in March for a consultation after being recommended to him by my Implantologist in Peterborough. I was diagnosed with peri-implantitis and was then sent 2 different treatment plans. I opted for the less invasive and cost effective option. I attended my appointment for the chosen treatment on 27th May 2026 and was dealt with extremely professionally by Jose and his dental nurses throughout the 2 hour procedure. It was an extremely invasive treatment which was dealt with by the team brilliantly. I was told what was going on every step of the way and my welfare was being constantly monitored. Jose and his nurses made me feel totally at ease and we had a few laughs along the way. I cannot praise the team enough. Thank you for making what was a pretty scary experience so comfortable.

I have been a client at Carisbrooke for over 70 years and in all that time I cannot fault at any time the professional welcome, care and treatment afforded to me by all the staff involved, from receptionists, dentists, orthodontists and hygienists. . My most recent visit was with Sheikha who is truly an excellent hygienist. I would recommend this practice to anyone.

I find the care and kindness of Sheika my hygienist fantastic, she always explains everything so well. I am a very nervous patient and she is so understanding as are her assistant dental nurses. My teeth always feels amazing afterwards.

As ever, the staff from front of house to clinical were friendly, helpful and professional.
