Jason studied dentistry at the University of Manchester, qualifying in 1992.
After 5 years in general practice he undertook a Master of Dental Science degree in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Leeds, completing this with Distinction.
In 1999 Jason completed the membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glagsow and was accepted onto the UK’s General Dental Council Specialist Register in Endodontics in 2000.
Jason has been in private endodontic practice for nearly 20 years, treating all kinds of endodontic problems referred by dentists from all over the midlands and further afield.
Outside of the surgery Jason founded an endodontic training and supply company in 2006 d2dENDO which went on to train thousands of dentists in the UK, across Europe and as far afield as Indonesia and the USA. This company was acquired by the Swedish endodontic company Sendoline in 2013. Jason continues to enjoy the training of colleagues in endodontic techniques via hands-on and increasingly online courses.
He is very experienced in the development and clinical application of new endodontic materials, products and techniques and is a clinical advisor to several dental product manufacturers.
Jason is married to Liz and they have two (nearly) grown up children.
